So, What the hell is DefCon7?
Damn Good question! DefCon7 is the 7th annual DefCon "Networking Security" Convention in Las Vegas NV, or more specifically it is a chance for Hackers (Legal and illegal) to get together and Bullshit about computers, telephony, hacking, phreaking, money, food, sex, or any of the other necessities that keep us interested in life.

Who goes to DefCon?
 Anyone who want's to, If you are at all interested in computers/hacking then DefCon is for you. Every year all types of "people" attend, from all age groups and all skill levels. Beginners can use it as a place to start (especially this year as there is a track of lectures designed especially for newbies) and experienced hackers have a place where they can talk more openly about their ideas. Feds openly (Or not so openly) roam the halls free to converse with the "enemy", and every one parties!

Curent Plans
 At 11:00am on 8th of July we will meet at Dee's at 21st south and 7th east have breakfast discuss seating and stops on the way, leave around noon-thirty-ish and head for DC7
Curently we have 2 rooms, and they are full. at least one more is in the works, and probably more than that the earlyer you contact us the better the rates!

Why a UTAH Road trip?
 Because we can. No really, do we need a better reason.
A road trip will allow more people to attend from Utah by providing transpiration to people that would otherwise have no other way of attending.
Because we can get reduced rates at the hotel:
